This is a late model Taylor 794-27 air cooled twin twist soft serve ice cream / frozen yogurt machine. This was pulled out of a working national frozen yogurt chain and fully tested at our facility. The machine is in excellent physical condition and is working perfectly. Save thousands!! This machine features two compressors and two plugs which is basically 2 machines in one cabinet.
Features
With the Taylor model 794-27 you can offer all the popular soft serve variations from low or non-fat ice creams to custards, yogurt and sorbet. The two hoppers allow you to serve two separate soft serve flavors, or an equal combination of both in a twist.

Mix Hopper
14 quart x2. Separate hopper refrigeration (SHR) maintains mix below 41ºF during Auto and Standby modes.
Indicator Lights
Mix Low light and audible alarm alerts operator to add mix when low.
Electronic Controls
SoftechTM is Taylor's exclusive microprocessor based master control that regulates refrigeration by measuring product viscosity to maintain consistent quality.
Standby
During long periods of no-use, the standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder so the product does not have to be removed constantly.
Two Locking Casters
Front two casters have a locking feature to lock to maintain equipment in place. These locking casters can be released to move the equipment for cleaning.
Freezer Door
A specially designed thermo-plastic door allows quick ejection of product. Push forward on the ergonomic draw handle to dispense. Self-closing drawer handles are standard.
Door Interlock System
Protects the operator from injury as the beater will not operate without the dispensing door in place.
