Return Policy:

We strive to bring you the latest and greatest products in the market at competitive prices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item within 30 days from the shipping date. All returns or exchanges must be unused, in their original box and include packing material, pallet, manuals and all accessories. To initiate a return, please let us know by phone or email and we will send you a quote for the return shipping charge for your approval.

Once agreed, we will issue a return authorization code (RMA) and initiate a pickup. Once received at the warehouse, inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to you in full within 30 days less all shipping and credit card charges (if applicable). Your return might be subject to a restocking fee up to 15% of the purchase price which will be noted in the message related to return shipping charges. This is to cover expenses related to inspection, repacking and warehouse fees.

Damaged Merchandise
Damaged merchandise must be noted and reported at the time of delivery. Do not let the driver leave without fully inspecting the delivery. Once you sign for delivery, you are taking full possession and responsibility for the product(s). Warranty Coverage

The warranty coverage is also noted in the shopping cart and a copy included on your sales receipt which is sent to you after your purchase. If the item you purchased from is not functioning properly after installation and under normal use, please review your warranty information and either contact the manufacturer directly or click here to initiate a service request.
