It is air cooled and produces contour shaped ice (approx. Cube Size: 13/8˝ x 13/8˝ x 5/8˝ Thick) which is perfect for just about every application including drinks and storage. The CME1356AS also provides one of the lowest lifetime cost of ownership. The CME cubers use less electricity and water versus other cube ice machines saving thousands of dollars in utility costs over the life of the machine. The AutoIQ control system constantly monitors operating conditions and adjusts the unit for maximum ice production insuring there is always ice in the storage bin. These machines are also technologically advanced with easy-to-read diagnostic lights make service simpler reducing repair costs and faster to get back to making ice sooner. In addition to the 3/5 year warranty, the CM3 cuber comes with a limited, lifetime, rust-free, food zone warranty stemming from the incorporation of an insulated plastic base that cannot rust. This insulated base reduces energy consumption and deadens sound creating a quiet, less expensive machine to operate.

We highly recommend adding a water filter to your purchase. This will not only ensure the clearest and best tasting ice, but will protect your ice machine from harmful mineral deposits and buildup over time. It is a minor investment to make on a large purchase. If the ice maker is placed in a location without a nearby gravity drain, installation of a pump may be needed to drain runoff water.
