The HDIM90 Ice Maker is a provate label machine made by FranklinChef.  It is certified used unit which has been individually tested and is fully functional which comes with a complete 90 day manufacturer warranty. Since they are used, they may contain scratches or slight dents which can be expected. We cannot specify the physical condition upon the sale of each machine, but are all constituted as minor scratches or dents (if any). They may be on the front or side and not even noticeable especially if your build the unit into a cabinet. These typically would have occurred during the refurbishing process to these machines.
