We have a Cornelius model WCF1101-A Flake Ice Machine.  This machine is air cooled and works perfectly.  It has beed tested and passed our rigorous inspection process.  Cornelius is one of the oldest and trusted ice making brands.  Flakers are great for fish markets, buffets, sports injuries or any similar type application.  Flake ice is made through a complex process and produces ice similar to snow.  It continuously produces ice at a rate of 1,426 lbs per day so you always have ice available.
